The Keithsburg Kayak Launch project is a collaborative effort between Visit Merco, Friends of Port Louisa National Wildlife Refuge, and the City of Keithsburg. The project includes fundraising and building an ADA accessible dock & canoe/kayak launch and educational viewing deck at the Keithsburg Division of Port Louisa.
